The firm that writes the plan
should be the firm
that carries it.

Vidza is an enterprise execution and growth partner, run out of New Delhi, working across Indian markets from the metros down to tier-3 towns.

Why we exist

Advisory ends where
the hard part begins.

An advisory firm hands over a deck and leaves. A contractor executes a scope somebody else wrote, and defends that scope when things move. Between the two sits every part of a plan nobody was actually paid to own.

Vidza was built to sit in that space on purpose. We take the brief far enough upstream to shape it, and far enough downstream to be standing there on the day the space has to open, the network has to trade or the team has to be on site. The same principal is accountable at both ends — which is also why the capability set is wider than a consultancy's. Those five things are not five businesses we happen to run; they are what a growth plan needs in order to become real.

What we hold to

Strategy on one side. Ground reality on the other. We are the span.

01

One owner, named

Every mandate has a single senior principal accountable for the whole of it. You should never need to know our org chart to get an answer.
02

Scope before mobilisation

Nothing moves until scope, sequence, dates and price are written down and signed. Slower for two weeks, faster for the following six months.
03

No borrowed credibility

Vidza is new. You will not find invented case studies, stock testimonials or a wall of logos we had nothing to do with on this site.
Who you are hiring

One principal, accountable.

Jawahar Khilnani

Founder & Principal

Every Vidza mandate has one senior owner. On most of them, that is him.

Tell us the part that is not moving.

A briefing costs you forty-five minutes. If Vidza is not the right answer, that is a perfectly good outcome of the call.
