How we partner
with you.

Three shapes. They differ in how much of the distance between your strategy and your ground reality you want us to carry — and for how long.

Models

Strategic engagement models.

I

Single-Domain Turnkey Delivery

Engage Vidza to own and execute a single business domain — from constructing nationwide retail outlets to managing entire contract staff augmentations.

Right whenYou know exactly what is missing and you want it owned end to end.
II

Cross-Domain Enterprise Transformation

Multi-domain engagements where Vidza designs the strategy, builds the site, sets up distribution, drives digital acquisition, and staffs the operations.

Right whenThe move is big enough that the seams between vendors are the real risk.
III

Managed Service Provider

Long-term operational management where Vidza acts as your external execution arm for ongoing regional rollouts and business acceleration.

Right whenRollouts are continuous and you would rather not build the department.
The mandate

What the first ninety days look like.

No mobilisation before the scope document is signed. That is the whole discipline, and it is why dates hold later.

01

Briefing

A working session with whoever owns the outcome. We leave with the constraint that actually binds — a date, a budget ceiling, a board commitment.

02

Scope & sequence

Which business domains are in, in what order, against which dates, at what price. Written down before anyone mobilises.

03

Mobilisation

Teams, vendors, sites and systems put in place under our supervision, with one named principal accountable for the whole of it.

04

Run & hand over

Weekly reporting against the sequence, then a clean handover — or a standing MSP arrangement if the rollout does not end.

Questions

The ones we get asked first.

Both, and that is the point. Advisory firms hand you a plan and leave; contractors execute a scope somebody else wrote. We write the plan and then carry it, which means the plan has to survive contact with a site.

Yes. Most first mandates are a single business domain — a fit-out, a franchise rollout, a managed team. The other four are there when they are needed, not before.

Across India, tier-1 through tier-3, run out of New Delhi. Ground capability is mobilised per mandate rather than maintained as permanent regional overhead.

One named principal for the whole engagement, with the working teams reporting through them. You should not have to know our org chart to get an answer.

Against the scope and sequence agreed in step two — fixed where the scope is fixed, retained where the work is continuous. No mobilisation before that document is signed.

Start with a briefing, not a proposal.

Forty-five minutes with whoever owns the outcome. If there is no mandate in it, we will say so and you will have lost forty-five minutes.
